Most online orders in Egypt are paid cash on delivery and shipped through several courier companies, and a large share of them are never delivered. Operix is designed around that reality: it confirms orders before they ship, integrates with the couriers Bosta and J&T Express, and works in Arabic and English with right-to-left support. It serves brands in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
