When You connect Your Shopify store to Operix via the Operix Shopify App, the following data practices apply:
When You authorize the Operix Shopify App, We access the following data from Your Shopify store:

Shopify data is stored in Your Operix tenant account, isolated from other tenants in our multi-tenant architecture. Each tenant's data is segregated by a unique system identifier, ensuring no cross-tenant data access.
Shopify API access tokens are stored securely and are used exclusively for API communication with Your authorized Shopify store. Tokens are revoked when You uninstall the app or disconnect the integration.
When You uninstall the Operix Shopify App or disconnect the integration:
This retention is based on Our legal obligation to maintain the integrity of financial and inventory records, as permitted under applicable data protection laws.
We do not sell, rent, or share Your Shopify store data with third parties. Shopify data is used solely for the purposes described above and is accessible only within Your Operix tenant account.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We apply different retention periods to different categories of Personal Data:
